Deposits
All permanent makeup appointments require a $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve. The deposit is credited to your service total on the day of your appointment.
Cancellation & Reschedule
Please give 48 hours' notice to reschedule. Inside 48 hours, deposits are forfeited.
Lateness
Out of respect for the next client, arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be asked to rebook and forfeit the deposit.
Guests & Children
Our studio is a single-suite space designed for quiet. We ask that you come alone and leave children at home.
Age
Brow services are offered to clients 16+. Permanent makeup is offered to clients 21+ with valid ID.
Contraindications
Permanent makeup cannot be performed on clients who are pregnant or nursing, undergoing chemotherapy, on blood thinners, or with active cold sores. A full intake form is required.
Refunds
Because results depend on aftercare and individual healing, services are non-refundable. We are committed to refining results during your included perfecting session.
