How we handle your information.

This page is maintained by BlushedBar to answer common privacy and security questions about how we handle client information. It is editable site content, not an independent certification or third-party audit.

When you book an appointment or contact us we collect your name, email, phone number, and the details you provide in your intake form (health history relevant to permanent makeup, skin notes, photos you choose to share at consultation). We do not ask for information we do not need to deliver your service.

Your information is used to schedule and prepare for your appointment, to follow up on aftercare, to keep accurate service records, and to contact you about your bookings. We do not sell client data.

Bookings are processed through Acuity Scheduling. Our site is hosted through Lovable's infrastructure. The map shown on our location pages is embedded from Google Maps. Each provider handles data under its own privacy terms.

Our site uses essential cookies needed for pages and embeds (booking, maps) to function. Any analytics we add will be limited to aggregated traffic information and disclosed here.

Client intake forms and service records are kept for as long as needed to provide ongoing care, refresh appointments, and meet our professional record-keeping obligations.

We may take before/after photos of your service. Photos are only shared publicly (for example on Instagram or our gallery) with your explicit consent.

You can ask us to update or delete your contact details, opt out of appointment reminders beyond what's required to confirm a booking, or request a copy of the information we hold about you. Reach out using the contact details below.

All needles and single-use supplies are disposed of after each client. Workstations and tools are cleaned between appointments in line with Toronto Public Health personal services standards.
